We use your recordings for two things only: scoring your pronunciation and your own history, where you can play a take back next to the native audio. They are never used to train AI or for anything else. Scoring is done entirely by machine — no person listens, and only you can reach your takes. They are kept for as long as your account exists, or until you delete them.

Yes. Your daily quota, your subscription and your history live on the account, which is why progress survives a reinstall. Sign in with Google or Apple — one tap, no password to remember.
Yes — for as long as your account exists, or until you delete them. We use them only to score your pronunciation and to keep your history, so you can replay a take next to the native audio — never to train AI, and nowhere else. Only you can reach them, through a link that expires in an hour, and no person ever listens. Settings → Clear my history deletes every recording at once; deleting the account removes everything.

HolosAccent is not a classroom course and does not grade you — it works as an individual trainer, judging each take sound by sound. The model can mishear, but this is rare; reference errors are subtracted from your statistics.
No. A1–C2 is how hard the phrases are, and you pick it yourself. Your level (LV) is earned with XP from practice and decides which stage Murzik is at. A beginner can be level 20 after months of A1 practice.
Practice phrases come from public text corpora published under permissive open-source licenses; we filter, deduplicate and sort them into CEFR difficulty levels. Reference audio is synthesized on our own servers. Your recordings are never used to train anything.
In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, any time. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for — cancelling does not cut it short.
Yes. Delete the account from inside the app (Settings) or on the account deletion page: history, statistics and any saved recordings go with it.
No. XP only grows — a bad take never rolls you back. The one exception is Settings → Clear my history, which wipes the takes your XP is counted from.
