Две минуты в день лучше часа в воскресенье: как действительно улучшить произношение
Произношение — это моторный навык, как спорт. Краткие ежедневные повторения меняют движение вашего рта; длительные еженедельные занятия в основном не помогают.

Many learners study pronunciation the way they study grammar: a long session once a week, lots of rules, then nothing until next Sunday. It feels productive, and it barely works.
Pronunciation is not knowledge. It is a motor skill — closer to playing an instrument or a sport than to memorising vocabulary. Your tongue, lips and jaw need to learn new movements until they happen without thinking.
Почему короткие ежедневные занятия выигрывают
Motor skills are built by frequent repetition with feedback, and they are consolidated while you sleep. Two minutes every day gives your brain seven chances a week to lock the new movement in. One hour on Sunday gives it one.
Десять правильных повторений сегодня и десять завтра делают больше, чем сто за один раз.
Как выглядит хорошее двухминутное занятие
- One target sound. Не пять. Сегодня это TH, или шва, или L и R.
- Listen first. Слушайте образец от носителя короткой фразы.
- Say it and get feedback. Не «хорошая работа», а which sound was off.
- Repeat only what failed. Не перечитывайте части, которые уже произнесли правильно.
- Stop while it still feels easy. Завтра вы вернётесь.
Обратная связь — та часть, которую большинство пропускает
Recording yourself on your phone helps, but you mostly hear what you meant to say. That is why learners can practise a wrong sound for years. You need something that tells you, sound by sound, what actually came out.

That is what HolosAccent was built for: read a phrase, get every sound scored in a few seconds, and see exactly which one to fix. A daily goal and a streak keep you coming back — and Murzik the cat levels up with you, from a sleepy kitten to a near-native.
Начните сегодня
Pick one sound you know you struggle with. Practise it for two minutes. Do it again tomorrow. In two weeks, listen to your first recording — the difference is usually obvious.
